This "list of sins" provided lists such things as NFP as mortal sins?! It contains reference to Fr. David Trosch, a discredited and suspended priest who advocated "justifiable homicide" against abortion providers. I would not trust such a priest who has ceded moral authority in this way and NFP is not a mortal sin, but is in fact a required class for many diocesan marriage prep courses; NFP is an approved, moral method of spacing births.

There are many examinations of conscience that are perfectly good and orthodox, but this linked page is not one of them.
